With the rebranded PolyU Design, SD+ aims to establish a new visual identity for itself and its sub-unit, creating a cohesive brand narrative and clear brand architecture. The project addresses two key design challenges: (I) displaying a clear brand architecture for SD+and (II) establishing a cohesive visual identity with the revised PolyU Design logo.
In this project, I collaborated with Natalie to develop logo proposals, branding guidelines, business cards, and other applications. Through several meetings with the SD+ administrative board, we refined the brand structure to meet their needs.

New logos for SD+ & LKSD&I
New logos for SD+ & LKSD&I
New logos for SD+ & LKSD&I
When designing the new SD+ logo, we retained the original pixelation concept that symbolizes movement and momentum but presented it with a clean and fresh approach. Meanwhile, both logos share an arrow symbol that highlights the units' innovative spirit. In the LKSD&I logo, this arrow is further emphasized to highlight its outward-bound nature. Together, these new logos and rebranded elements not only capture the innovative essence of SD+ and LKSD&I but also enhance their vibrant presence within the PolyU Design framework.
